Refund & Policy

At EvaCrock, we take pride in the quality of our premium cutlery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, cutlery that has been used or washed cannot be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, you will be required to send the item back to our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our 24-piece sets and portable kits. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please take a photo or video of the damage immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa: Refunds will be sent directly to your provided account details.
